N.C. city struggles with increasing population, limited funds

Asheville, N.C., officials approved the construction of 1,900 apartments, homes and townhouse in 2017, but the North Carolina Department of Transportation only has funding for 17% of the projects needed to relieve congestion in the region. A planned widening of Interstate 26 next year will help, but officials warn congestion might get worse before it gets better.
